Delivery
Orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri). For orders received after 1pm, we dispatch the next working day. However, please note during busy times there can be delays with the couriers, so please leave yourself a few days before running out of lashes to be on the safe side and to avoid disappointing your clients.
Delivery times for international orders can vary depending on the country and how quick your delivery courier handles customs clearance.

Lost Postage
If package(s) are stuck or lost from courier handling, please contact your local postal office, as it is out of our control. We will do are very best to contact our courier and resolve this matter. Refunds cannot be processed when items are lost or misplaced, Refunds are only accepted once the courier returns are items or compensate our customers.
